From Evans Lookout the track drops through tree ferns and sandstone overhangs into a slot canyon where the creek runs cool even in summer, then climbs out to Neates Glen.
Good to know: allow three to four hours for the loop, the steps are steep at both ends, and the canyon floor is slippery after rain.
